Ohio's Ted Strickland Endorses Hillary ClintonÂ
After the bad week Hillary had last week fighting off attacks from the "boys", Ohio's governor, Ted Strickland, endorsed Hillary this week.
I guess the "weak, wittle, women" needed a big strong man to come to her defense. Hey, someone had to say it.
Sen. Hillary Clinton on Friday landed the biggest fish in the state that could, once again, decide the presidency when Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland endorsed her bid for the Democratic presidential nomination.
With reporters from Ohio and Washington listening in, the Democratic governor - riding high in approval polls - joined the senator from New York in a conference call. He called her the candidate with the "experience and maturity and understanding of the problems we face."
"Here in the heartland of the country, she is the strongest candidate we can put forward and is the one who can win the presidency," Strickland said.
Clinton seemed overjoyed at the endorsement from Strickland. And well she should be - the conference call came on the same day that the University of Cincinnati's Ohio Poll showed Strickland's approval rating among Ohio voters at 69 percent. Read more....
