A Kansas City man was arrested for "possession and intent to use" a toad. Say that out load. Arrested for possessin and intent to use a toad. We wonder if he was toadily loaded when he was cuffed? Hopefully he can lick his addiction. Let's all jump on the bandwagon and support "Mothers Against Toad Licking (MATL).
