Just noticed the chart at Recovery.gov says “Most Jobs Created by State.” Take a look at this screenshot from Recovery.gov:
Notice anything at the bottom? 52 states! I guess that is better than Obama’s 57 states, but it really doesn’t give me much confidence that a government which doesn’t know how many states we have can handle big numbers in the hundreds of billions.

They include Puerto Rico and Washington, DC.
Maybe they have plans for the district and commonwealth we don’t know about. Otherwise, their knowledge of American geography is as good as their grasp of economics.
