Cincinnati Mayor and Democratic superdelegate today endorsed Obama in Cincinnati.

I really find it fitting that one politician with no accomplishments is endorsing another politician with no accomplishments.

Mayor Mallory, what have you accomplished?

-Sure, the murder rate is down, from horrific levels to just plain old horrible levels and most of that was due to the Hamilton County Sheriff patrolling Over-the-Rhine.

-What businesses have you drawn into the city?

-Name the last time a skyscraper was built in the city limits.

-Compare and contrast the riverbank development on the Ohio side with that of Northern Kentucky.

-Why does 2 inches of snow paralyze this city? Why can’t the streets be cleared so those who do work can get to work?

Seeing Fifth Third Arena filled to the rafters with about 13,000 wildly enthusiastic supporters Monday afternoon had to be a thrill for Barack Obama, but he was probably no less thrilled by who he was sharing the stage with – Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory.

Mallory, one of Ohio’s 21 unpledged “superdelegates” who could end up breaking a deadlock for the Democratic presidential nomination, chose Obama’s afternoon rally on the University of Cincinnati campus to announce he is supporting the Illinois senator over Hillary Clinton.

It was an emphatic exclamation point for a day when Obama – trailing in the Ohio polls but closing the gap – held one of his patented, high-energy rallies and held a roundtable discussion on “retirement security” at the Museum Center.

“When I ran for mayor, they said I didn’t have any experience, just like they’ve said about Obama,’’ Mallory said before introducing Obama to the crowd, may of whom had waited for over two hours to hear and see their candidate. “They told me I was all words, all speeches, just like Barack Obama.

“But I tell you now, I have decided to give my endorsement to Barack Obama,’’ Mallory said, setting off a deafening cheer.  Read more….

So America, what you see in the city of Cincinnati, brought to you by the Democratic Party, is just a microcosm of what Obama (or Hillary for that matter) and the Democrats will do for the nation.

Here is what you can expect:

- lack of law and order (unless the mean Republican Sheriff comes to your rescue).

- fewer producers and more unproductive citizens.

- high taxes which cause the few remaining productive citizens and companies to move elsewhere.

- pandering to those who riot or threaten to do so.

- refusal to criticize the gang/rap culture and its underlying bias against education and middle class values.

- a failed education system.

- and a lot of empty rhetoric about hope and change while everything goes to hell.
