To which ’tis obvious to answer, that though in the state of nature he hath such a right, yet the enjoyment of it is very uncertain and constantly exposed to the invasion of others; for all being kings as much as he, every man his equal, and the greater part no strict observers of equity and justice, the enjoyment of property he has in this state is very unsafe, very unsecure.

This makes him willing to quit this condition which however free, is full of fears and continual dangers; and tis not without reason that he seeks out and is willing to join in society with others who are already united, or have a mind to unite for the mutual preservation of their lives, liberties, and estates, which I call by the general name, property.

Two Treatises of Government

-John Locke

Men join together in civil society, leaving behind the uncertainties that come with the lack of government, and this is called a social compact. In the United States, we call it a constitution.

Yet our government allows millions of people, who are not a part of this civil society, to enter our nation, and attack the lives, liberties, and property of those who are born into or have joined the American social contract.

A Lockean would argue that Americans are no better off living in a civil society, in so much that they are facing the same dangers as if they were living in a state of nature, where others, lacking the reason to obey the laws of nature, attack the “property” of others.

From a philosophical point of view, our leaders and our government have abandoned our social contract and one might argue that:

whenever the legislators endeavour to take away and destroy the property of the people, or reduce them to slavery under arbitrary power, they put themselves into a state of war with the people….

This isn’t a call for armed rebellion, but for a rebellion against the abandonment of the American Social Compact by self-hating, cultural-less left and the greedy right.

This is call for a rebellion against the philosophy that the American ideas of God given rights and limited government isn’t worth fighting for.

It is time that our government was forced uphold it obligations under our social contract and protect our rights of life, liberty and property from alien citizens, citizens who have no allegiance to our civil society and its values.
