Sarah was out promoting McCain and bashing Obama–very effectively. She hit him hard on opposing the surge, while pointing out that McCain was for it.
McCain talks about real change. His and Palin’s opposition to waste and earmarks. Says he will veto all earmarks.
He asked, when has Obama ever bucked or opposed his party? How is that change? Obama suuports earmarks.
On energy independence, he says we must stop sending over 700 billions dollars to countries that don’t like us. “Drill, baby, Drill.” Then he talks about alternatives…. Heavily promotes nuclear power.
Then he hits Obama on foreign policy, citing his lack of experience and his record of being on the wrong side of every foreign policy issues. McCain says he lacks the judgment to lead this country. Not just the experience, but the judgment.
He ended his speech by saying he can inspire Americans to something beyond themselves. He will put “country first.”
Much better than Obama, putting ego first!

Mark, I an email was just forwarded to me concerning the word from the Lord you gave to Sarah. From the beginning I have told everyone that she has been born for such a time as this. She is truly a modern day Esther. I pray for grace from God my Father to remind me every day to stand in the gap for Sarah. I too pray that God will raise watchmen on the wall. How very exciting to read how God used you for this time and place. The best is truly yet to come. We are entering into a new season. Praise God!

Palin that “she would be our Esther.” Your message from God has confirmed that in my heart and we are standing with you and all of the others who want God’s choice in the White House. I agree with Bonita’s comment above. I couldn’t find out where he pastors either. It sounds like a good story but God does not like made up stories. Lets be real.—God can do anything! But we have to be careful of scams. It sounds like he is trying to make a name for himself or later come out and said he made it up, I hope it is real and is straight forward where he pastors ect. It looks like He wants everyone to do the work for him.

According to this man “Johnny Wireman” he did not see any scouts there on that side of the stage. Go read for yourself. Take also in mind this post could be a hoax. I have asked for pictures of the event on that side of the stage to verify Pastor Arnold’s claims. So far, no pictures. Like President Reagan said: believe but verify!
A follow-up: The person Johnny Wireman appears to have been a hoax. He refuses to verify any of his own information.
Here is a picture showing a Scout Leader on the side of the stage where Pastor Arnold claims to have been standing. Johnny Wireman said he saw no Scouts there that day and he was on a front row. This picture proves a Scout Leader was there. Johnny Wireman appears to be one of those Obama bloggers who post anti-Palin stuff every place they can under a thousand different names.

Scouts are not allowed to rally for candidates, hold signs, or stand behind candidates at rallys in scout uniform! I am a mom of a scout, daughter of scout, wife of soldier, and I work as a VA Nurse. It is wrong for people to campaign for their candidate in uniform. That is breaking the rules you agreed to live by. That is divisive to the message of scouting. I do not let my son campaign looking sharp in his boyscout uniform for our candidate OBAMA! We are going to win without cheating.
This looks more like a state trooper hat…which would make sense that he is there looking towards the crowd for protection of those on stage rather than if he was a scout leader he would be turned towards the stage listening like the rest of the crowd.
Not only Scouts, but law enforcement and active duty military are forbidden to appear in uniform for partisan purposes. Yet McCain had active duty military in uniform at the RNC, at his rallies, and the hate-filled ranting sheriff Lee in uniform trying to incite hatred and violence against Senator Obama.
This Christian wife, mom, and grandma is voting for the HONEST candidate.
Senator McCain is an adulterer. He ‘pals around’ with far worse people than William Ayers. He has personally acted in ways that are corrupt and wrong, as a Senator (Keating Five). He is dishonest about Senator Obama and fails to stop his supporters from spewing hatred and calling for Senator Obama to be killed. His silence, and that of Gov. Palin, is tacit support for this evil.
McCain is clearly a desperate man, hungry for power. His disrespectful treatment of Senator Obama is most unbecoming to a Senator, a Christian, an American, and a human being. He should be ashamed of himself.

You seem to be siding with the candidate who:
Has lied to us pretty regularly with regard to his relationship with Ayers;
Who clearly has not stopped the numerous Obama supporters I’ve seen spewing vile and hate-filled rhetoric against Gov. Palin and John McCain;
Who lied to the American people point blank about his stance on abortion legislation;
Whose ego requires a backdrop of Greek Columns and Jumbotrons;
Who took lobby money from Fannie and Freddie at a higher rate than anyone in Congress;
Whose long list of far left “mentors,” “father figures,” friends and collaborators includes people like Frank Marshall Davis, Ayers, Rev. Wright, and ACORN.
I’m also sorry that you support a candidate who not only finds late-term abortion OK, but also prevented newborns from receiving desperately needed care, just because the mothers of these innocent victims wanted to abort them. His actions allowed newborns to be left for dead. Period. Ignore the fact, if you like. But it is true.
Another truth is that McCain was found innocent of the Keating charges against him.
Do you believe that everyone who has charges brought against him or her is guilty? Then why does this country even have a legal defense system?
I could go on, but don’t cast your vote thinking that Obama is more “honest” and/or Christian than McCain. What folly that would be.
There is no man unblemished. But the true picture is not the stark contrast you paint. Vote for Obama, but do not do so in ignorance.
If you guy’s go back and look at the video when Sarah Palin was announced as McCain’s VP choice, there were Scout Leaders and Boy Scouts standing behind the the speaker’s position so they would be on camera most of the time.
The hat in the picture looks more like a Scout Master’s that Highway Patrol to me.
