Previously Deported Criminal Alien Convicted of Robbery
How safe does this make you feel? A previously deported criminal alien, who has “prior aggravated felony convictions” was convicted of another felony robbery in Iowa.

25 year old Inmar Hernandez-Pineda was sentenced in federal court to ten years for illegal re-entry following an aggravated felony conviction, and two years for violating the terms of his federal supervised release.
Hernandez-Pineda was last deported in September of 2014.
He had prior aggravated felony convictions in Woodbury County in 2009.
Hernandez-Pineda admitted he had illegally re-entered the United States from El Salvador.
He was arrested on June 5th by Sioux City police for robbery, and going armed with intent when he and another man committed an armed robbery at Natalia’s Bakery in Sioux City. Read more….
