Illegal Alien Convicted of Sex with a Minor Deported to Mexico

How can you be for illegal immigration and the granting of amnesty to millions of people of whom we know nothing about when you have hard evidence that with mass migration comes massive criminality?

In this case, we have an illegal alien, deported a number of times, who sexually abused a child, committed battery, and received a DUI.  In essence, our government has allowed this man to wage a war of crime against American citizens.

PHILADELPHIA — A Mexican national, twice deported for child sexual crimes, was indicted Wednesday for illegal re-entry into the United States following an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

Alberto Bautista-Sanchez, 30, was arrested Nov. 30 by the Pennsylvania State Police for driving under the influence. On Dec. 3, while in custody at the Franklin County Jail in Chambersburg, ERO officers served him with a notice to reinstate a prior order or removal.

Deportation records show, since 2002, Bautista-Sanchez has illegally re-entered the United States at least seven times after being removed from the country by ERO officers. When in the United States, Bautista-Sanchez amassed numerous criminal convictions, including unlawful sex with a minor in 2002 and 2008, battery and driving under the influence.

If convicted of the latest charge for illegal re-entry into the United States, Bautista-Sanchez faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. After serving any prison sentence imposed, he will be turned over to ERO for removal from the United States.
