Illegal Immigrant Deported Nine Times Rapes Mentally Impaired Woman

If you support illegal immigration and vote for politicians that push amnesty, I’m guessing you are just fine with the fact that an illegal alien, deported nine times, came back across the border that you don’t want patrolled and secured, and raped a 28 year old American citizen who is mentally impaired.

My question is, how can you be for the rape of mentally impaired American citizens?

Let this soak in.  Among other crimes, this criminal alien had been deported for sexual assault previously.  Of course, when you don’t scrutinize those who enter this nation, this is the horrible price you others incur.

Klein called police, who quickly arrested the suspect. But learning his identity took much longer because of some 30 aliases. It was only through fingerprints that they identified him as Madrigal, a Mexican citizen.

Madrigal’s arrest and immigration record includes a staggering number of contacts with law enforcement since 1989. That’s the year he was convicted of theft using a firearm in California.

He was deported a couple of times after that. Then in 1999, he was arrested for drug sales in both San Diego and San Francisco. Records show that he was deported three times that year between April and August.

He was arrested for drugs again in Stockton, Calif. in 2000. In 2002, he pleaded to third degree sexual assault in Denver. Later that year, he was deported again. And in 2003, records show he was deported three more times.  Read more….

For all those who support illegal immigration, here is the wages of your sins against the handicapped and weak.

Now we know more about the victim, a fragile 28-year-old Snohomish County woman who was grabbed off the street.

“I learned that she was attacked and raped,” says Elizabeth, the young woman’s mother, as she recounted the phone call that came from Edmonds police on the evening of May 16.

Her daughter did not know her attacker. Why was she targeted?

“He took an easy target and he grabbed it,” says Elizabeth. “She’s just an easy prey. She’s tiny. She’s small. She speaks slowly.”

Jose Lopez Madrigal may have noticed that when he tried to strike up a conversation with Elizabeth’s slightly disabled daughter outside a shopping center on Pacific Highway at 236th St. SW.

“And then she walked away and I guess he followed her,” says Elizabeth. “He grabbed her, pulled her down, raped her. He must have hit her because she had a bruise on the side of her face.”  Read more….
